**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process carrier receipts performing both physical and visual inspection of product and documentation. Noting any carrier exceptions of damage or missing packages.

Perform System receiving transactions noting all received materials match supplier manifest /packing list and D365 open Purchase order. Communicate to CE Purchasing and supplier of any or all discrepancies. File documentation daily.

Maintain warehouse in orderly fashion. Ensuring all stock is accurately stored same day received. All product correctly faced and labelled.

Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to, from trucks or trains, and within the storage facility.

Load and unload materials in the warehouse or storage facility.

Pull, pack, label, and ship product to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery.

Maintain shipping files.

Process orders in Microsoft D365 accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Check sales, transfer order records, and run reports to determine shipment needs.

Use carriers shipping systems including opening and closing daily shipment records.

Order shipping supplies including bags, boxes, labels shrink and bubble wrap

Select freight carriers when required.

Coordinate international shipments and documentations

Perform Daily inventory cycle counts with first pass accuracy of 99%

Audit and perform recounts of cycle counts.

Identify and escalate any issues that need to be addressed in order to correct any errors.

Serve on-call (24 hours/day, at least 7 days/month) as assigned to respond to emergencies and other order and shipping needs.

Must be within a reasonable commute distance of the worksite and must carry and answer their mobile phones while on-call.

Maintain D365 warehouse default locations

Maintain D365 Item master attributes including HTS code, ECCN, size dimensions, weights

Create international export documentation and complete reporting requirements.

Create spreadsheet reports as needed

Other duties as assigned.

**Education and/or Experience**

High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Language Skills**

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

**Mathematical Skills**

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**Reasoning Ability**

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

**Computer Skills**

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**

Forklift certification required. Valid and current Drivers License required.
